Sharlim Katiusca Ortiz Pantoja 

Good evening 

1. Tell us about yourself. 

Good evening, let me introduce myself. My name is Sharlim Katiusca Ortiz Pantoja, I am 18 years old, I was born in San Juan de Pasto and currently live in the same city. I am characterized by being a person who has the desire to improve every day and be a good daughter, good student, good worker and, of course, a good citizen who uses her skills for good despite the adversities that may be faced. I am a creative, supportive, dedicated and willing person to learn every moment of my life. 

2. What motivates you? 

What motivates me is the vision of a longed-for future achieved with God's help and of an effort that is based on human principles and values, shared with my loved ones. 

3. What are your hobbies? 

My hobbies are learning, imagining, dancing, reading, writing, drawing, doing crafts and related to art, watching movies or series and tidying up my home. 

4. What are your future plans if you get this job?

If I get this job, my future plans are to fulfill the activities that are assigned to me in the best possible way and work as a team so that this business / company grows and strengthens. 

5. What are your future goals or what are your career goals? 

My career goals or future goals are to pass the probationary period in an excellent way and have this stable job while I finish my higher studies. 

6. What do you see as a major success in your life? 

A great success in my life is having overcome my illnesses, having graduated from high school and having entered SENA. I see it as a great future success in my life to develop linearly my skills and abilities without leaving aside the principles of God and those that my parents have instilled in me. Another great success would be to build my own house from my small savings.

7. Why did you leave your last job? 

Actually, I have never left a job, this would be the first formal job for me. 

8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 

In five years I see myself as a fixed worker in the business / company and outstanding for her work performance, as well as an excellent professional about to continue with my studies. On a personal level, I see myself as a daughter committed to her role and to her family, who has achieved economic stability.

Alba Lucia García Morales 

Welcome to the job interview 

1. Tell us about yourself. 

My name is Alba Lucía García Morales, I am 26 years old, I live in the Municipality of Granada Antioquia, there are three people in my family including me, my husband and my daughter, I work as an assistant cashier in a savings and credit cooperative and I also study with SENA analysis and Software development. In my free time I spend time with my family and do sports. 

2. What motivates you?

My family motivates me, especially my daughter, she is the engine of my life, I want to get ahead every day, fulfill my goals and be a better person, as well as grow professionally. 

3. What are your hobbies? 

My favorite hobbies are spending time with my family. I really like playing sports. I also really enjoy watching soccer and spending time with my friends. 

4. What are your future plans if you get this job? 

Continue growing as a person and contribute all my knowledge to the company and also learn a lot from it and my colleagues as well as being able to have economic stability. 

5. What are your future goals or what are your career goals? 

My goals for the future is to be able to finish my degree and to be able to have my own house.

6. What do you see as a major success in your life? 

A great success in my life is being able to finish my degree and give stability to my family.

7. Why did you leave your last job? 

I found a better alternative where I could develop my profession and strengthen my knowledge, in the same way it was a time where I learned a lot and I am very grateful. 

8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 

In 5 years I see myself as the leader of the company in the IT area, with a very close family and grateful to God.
